Course of MBA & LL.M. studies

The MBA or LL.M. study include 3 semesters. The study is divided into 3 semesters lasting 12 - 14 months. A student completes a total of 11 courses during his study. The study is divided into 2 semesters of five subjects (in the third semester, only the Writing Methodology subject is taught - our students prepare for writing their final dissertations).

Our selected subjects come with 2 - 4 thematic meetings per semester, each lasting 90 minutes; however, attendance is not obligatory. Our students prepare for the fulfilling of their study duties by completing thematic meetings, consultations with their lecturers, and self-study per supporting materials available in the on-line student section (every student receives his access password). The primary study obligation of our students is to produce their seminar papers on every subject. Their work is then evaluated by their lecturers who attach their verbal comments as well.

The completion of one's final dissertation thesis is followed by its defence and final oral examination. During their studies, our students do not take their oral exams in their individual subjects; however, they produce their seminar papers that are evaluated by their lecturers.

We teach our programmes in Czech and some programmes in English as well. One’s study is a combination of thematic meetings and self-study. Our thematic meetings are offered for every subject in the extent of 4 hours (thematic meetings are similar to college lectures and are optional). These lectures take place every weekend on Saturday and Sunday, exceptionally on Friday.
